Since we offer service-based solutions, and not physical goods or products, we do not entertain any returns or refunds once a service has been initiated or delivered.
1. No Return of Services
Due to the nature of our offerings—such as recruitment, placement, consultation, staffing, or documentation—all services are considered final once rendered. Service hours, expertise, and manpower engagement cannot be reversed or returned once deployed.
2. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any payments made toward:
- Recruitment services
- Manpower supply or placement charges
- Documentation and visa processing
- Training or consulting sessions
- Client onboarding or activation fees
All payments are non-refundable, regardless of client changes in circumstances, internal restructuring, or non-utilization of the service after agreement.
3. Replacement or Reassignment (If Applicable)
In rare cases, if a candidate or manpower resource leaves within an agreed period (as defined in the client contract), we may offer one-time free replacement, subject to:
- Availability of suitable candidates
- Written request within the replacement window
- No breach of contract terms by the client

4. Dispute Resolution
In case of service dissatisfaction, we encourage clients to contact us directly to discuss any concerns. We aim to resolve matters promptly and fairly through internal review and communication.
5. Policy Changes
