- Clients must adhere to the agreed-upon payment terms outlined in our proposal or MOU.
- Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.
8. Confidentiality
All data, candidate profiles, employer information, and communication exchanged shall remain confidential and shall not be shared with third parties without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Green Refraction shall not be liable for:
- Losses due to candidate absenteeism or non-performance
- Third-party miscommunication or recruitment fraud
- Website outages, delays, or data loss
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
